If you're in France look out for this week's Grazia magazine which features a six page interview with our very own skinny Italian chef, Massimo Bottura. Massimo was interviewed by Lisa Vignoli for the piece and photographed by Jérôme Bonnet.

A passionate art lover and collector  Massimo chose the upmarket setting of the Galerie Perrotin for the shoot. In our pictures Massimo is pictured in front of Normal Luck (2015) - installations de plantes dorées à la feuille d’or, part of the exhibition "a wander" by Lionel Estève at Galerie Perrotin until 30 May 2015 , Paris - 76 rue de Turenne. We'll bring you a some choice cuts and more photos from the piece once it's published.

There are still a few copies of his book Never Trust a Skinny Italian Chef here - but hurry, they're selling out fast!
