We offer two convenient ways to make your selection:

2. Ask our concierge team for guidance—we will help you find the perfect books

Complete the inquiry form to learn about our tiered discounting, submit an inquiry or to place your order. Our tiered discounting starts on orders of a minimum of 10 copies.

From surveys on ground-breaking artists and swoon-worthy homes to inspiring recipes from around the world—our books make the most thoughtful gifts.

FAQ

Q: Is there a minimum order to be eligible for volume or corporate orders?
A: Yes, to be eligible for our tiered discounting, we have a minimum of 10 books.

Q: How will my order be processed?
A: Once the order is finalized with our concierge team, we will generate an invoice which will be sent via email. Payment can be processed with a credit card through our website.

Q: Is shipping included?
A: No. Shipping and handling fees will be added to your order. Our team will provide a quote when your order is placed.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders will ship once payment is received. We cannot ship orders before payment.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: We ship globally with leading global couriers. Depending on where your order is going, we will use the most time and cost-efficient method outlined here

Q: Can I ship my order directly to recipients?
A: Yes. We will provide you with a form to populate your shipping addresses. We will require each recipient's shipping address, phone number, and email address.

Q: Can gift recipients return their gifts?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for gifts. We suggest a Phaidon gift card if you would like recipients to choose their gift!

Q: How long will my order take to fulfill?
A: Typically, 7-10 business days. Please refer to our standard shipping timeframes outlined here. If you need orders to arrive by a specific date, please communicate with our team when placing your order.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders will ship once payment is received. We cannot ship orders before payment.

Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: We ship globally with leading global couriers. Depending on where your order is going, we will use the most time and cost-efficient method outlined here

Q: What is the last day I can order ahead of the holidays?
A: Corporate orders must be placed by Tuesday, 6 December 2022.

Q: Can I personalize or gift wrap my gift?
A: At this time, our distribution partners cannot facilitate personalization or gift wrapping.
