You may have never made it to elBulli but here’s another chance to meet Ferran Adrià face to face – though you’ll have to hurry. VIP tickets to our five city Ferran Adrià tour are still available but are going fast. So, with each event super intimate and limited to just 50 people don’t hang around if you want to meet the great man in the flesh.
Ferran will be personally signing copies of his new seven volume set elBulli 2005-2011 at each event and it will provide the perfect opportunity to ask him that burning question you’ve always needed an answer for (no questions about how to boil an egg please, save that for this lady).
Special surprises, incredible food and unexpected guests are planned for each event in each city. In Seattle you'll have the added perk of meeting some of the research team from the Modernist Cuisine Cooking Lab, in Toronto Ferran will be introduced by Momofuku Shōtō Chef de Cuisine Mitch Bates, while in New York TIME Magazine food writer Harold Chua-Eoan will provide the honours.
Lavazza baristas will be on hand in New York to provide choice coffees to accompany a deluxe selection of Spanish cava and potables. Vancouver is a slightly larger event, (150 people) and boasts a post party hosted by the city's finest chefs. Sadly, tickets for that one have already sold out.
These will be the only opportunities to get your seven volume set signed by elBulli legend Ferran in the flesh. Each VIP ticket includes a copy of the set and at each event you’ll be able to spend up to an hour-and-a-half mingling with the master himself before he begins his talk.
