Fennel, celery and apple salad

Serves: 4 people


2 fennel bulbs

2 green apples

2 celery hearts

150ml (¼ pint) natural yogurt

2 tablespoons snipped chives

salt and pepper


Thinly slice the fennel and core and thinly slice the apples.

Slice the celery hearts into rounds. Mix together the fennel, apples and celery hearts in a salad bowl.

Mix together the yogurt and chives in a bowl, season with salt and pepper and add to the salad.

Toss lightly and serve.
