Chestnut and chocolate terrine

Rum sauce

Preparation: 5 minutes

Cooking: 10 minutes

Serves: 6 people


125g (4¼ oz) sugar

200ml (7 fl oz) rum


Place 250 ml (8 fl oz) water and the sugar and rum in a pan and bring to the boil over a low heat. Remove from the heat as soon as it starts to boil.

Stir well and use immediately.
