__What was the thing that inspired you most this year? __
It is impossible to single out one thing! 2014 has been almost overloaded with exceptional experiences. From cod fishing off the Newfoundland coast, seeing the revived stocks and incredible size of the fish, to visiting the Australian Outback with chef and explorer Jock Zonfrillo.
__What was our personal working highlight this year? __
The award from PDN Photo Annual for the ”Nose to entrail”-story from our magazine Fool's 'Italy' issue.

What can we expect from you in 2015?
The opening of our Fool Gastronomic Gallery where we will exhibit work by artists inspired by gastronomy, feature top chefs with unknown talents and analyze the role of food and gastronomy in our society.
