Brae chef Dan Hunter's global tour concluded in Singapore this week with two wonderful food events at André Chiang's Restaurant André and a full afternoon of media interviews.

Dan was interviewed by major international food, travel and luxury publications Food & Wine, Epicure, Singapore Tatler and The Peak, Gourmet & Travel as well as Malaysia's top business supplement, The Edge. Dan is now back at Brae after months on the road. He and his team will be welcoming a new raft of Phaidon chef-authors to do four hands dinner collaborations at Brae in the coming months. Keep an eye on phaidon.com for news on that!
