John Gendall is a journalist and communications consultant specializing in architecture. His writing has been published widely, including in the New York Times, New Yorker, Artforum, and Architectural Digest.
Gendall has provided communications counsel to a range of clients, including Harvard Graduate School of Design, Rebuild by Design, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
He teaches architectural communication at Pratt Institute, and has been a visiting instructor at Harvard Graduate School of Design and Parsons The New School for Design.
He holds a Master in Design Studies with Distinction from Harvard Graduate School of Design.
