More than a culinary rock star, Swedish chef Magnus Nilsson—head chef of Fäviken Magasinet—has been an avid photographer since childhood. Having traveled to the far corners of the Nordic countries, collecting recipes for The Nordic Cookbook, Nilsson has now personally curated a collection of photographs in his newest book with Phaidon, Nordic: A Photographic Essay of Landscapes, Food and People.
