Shipping policy

We fulfil your order from one of our warehouses in the USA, UK, the Netherlands, or Australia. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped, assuming stock availability, within 5-10 business days. Our fulfilment partner will use the couriers below to dispatch your order. All delivery times quoted on Phaidon.com are estimated and based on availability and normal processing and delivery time via our couriers.

Art editions are shipped from our fulfilment partner in the US or the UK. You will receive a separate email confirmation as books and art editions are shipped separately.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your track and trace details. For Australian and New Zealand orders, you will receive your track and trace details directly from AUSPOST.

Pre-orders

If you have ordered a book in advance of its publication date, it will ship on the date listed on phaidon.com. If your order contains a combination of books that are currently in stock and pre-orders, your books will arrive separately. We will notify you if there are significant delays in pre-ordered items.

Customs, taxes, and duties

For orders shipped to countries where customs declaration, taxes, and/or duties are applicable, you are responsible for contacting customs and or paying any taxes and duties incurred. The courier will be in contact with you directly to arrange payment locally. You may be required to provide ID or proof of purchase to facilitate release of your order. Please contact us if you have any questions concerning your order.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Multiple address shipments

We are not able to facilitate multi-address shipping automatically at this time. If you are interested in arranging an order to multiple addresses, please contact customer.service@phaidon.com
