Phaidon.com orders are fulfilled from one of our distribution partners in the USA, the UK, the Netherlands, or Australia.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your package and the estimated delivery date online by using the tracking number. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped and delivered separately.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped, assuming stock availability, within 5-10 business days. Please refer to the courier grid here to view courier partners and shipping timelines.

For pre-ordered items, please be sure to note the ship date listed on the product page. Your order will ship from that date.

Limited Edition prints are individually prepared and often require additional production steps, such as artist signing, numbering, or custom packaging. As a result, shipping times may vary depending on the specific edition and the time of year.

Most Limited Edition orders are dispatched within 2–5 weeks of purchase. During particularly busy periods or for newly released editions, dispatch may take a little longer.

Insurance is automatically included in shipping fees on limited-edition artworks and covers door-to-door handling. All packages containing limited-edition artworks must be accepted and signed for upon delivery. Due to the valuable nature of artworks, packages should not be left unattended.
