Paul Smith hosts our London Uprising soirée

We launched our new fashion book at Paul Smith Albemarle this week

Earlier this week we were back at Sir Paul Smith's Mayfair store Paul Smith No.9 Albemarle Street for the launch of London Uprising - Fifty Fashion Desginers One City.

You may remember we launched our Grace Coddington book there last September. The new book, London Uprising, is an intimate behind-the-scenes look at London designer fashion over the last fifteen years. Edited by Tania Fares and Sarah Mower it profiles 50 leading London fashion designers, from Paul Smith and Stella McCartney to Erdem and Simone Rocha.

Tania was on hand at No 9 Albemarle, alongside Sir Paul himself and guests who included actor Bill Nighy, Henry Holland and celebrity hair stylist Nicky Clarke to name but a few. Thanks Sir Paul for hosting such a fine night! If you couldn't make it, or were walking past and wondered what all the fuss was about, take a look at our photos below or head into the Phaidon store and buy a copy of the book London Uprising - Fifty Fashion Desginers One City.
