The Experimental Food Society was founded to showcase a troupe of ground-breaking UK gourmet artists who demonstrate there is more to life than just swallowing. Among the society's members are jelly mongers, cake sculptors, sugarcraft artists, mobile chocolate adventurers and one-of-a-kind dining conceptualists to name a few. 

Founded at the beginning of 2010, the Society hosted its inaugural Spectacular at The Brickhouse in London's east end on Saturday. The event promised to be more than just a feast for the eyes - the night ended with an extraordinary banquet finale.
