Is it safe to order online?
The Phaidon website is secure. This means that every time you enter an area which has, or requires you to provide, personal details, a small locked padlock will appear in the bottom bar of your browser window to indicate this. I’ve forgotten my password. How can I get a new one?
Follow these steps:

2. Clik on the forgotten password link.
2. Enter your email address. (Be sure to use the same email address that you used when registering on the site.)
3. We will send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How can I change my password?
Follow these steps:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click on 'edit' next to account details.
3. Clik on 'Click here to change your password'.
3. Enter your old and new password and confirm your new password.
4. Select ‘Change password’.
How can I change my personal details?
Follow these steps:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click on 'edit' next to account details.
3. Edit your first name last name and country of residence.
4. Select ‘update’.
I am looking for a particular title published by Phaidon Press but I can’t find it on your website. Why?
Make sure you have made full use of the search tools available. If you are not sure of the title or author, try a keyword search. If you still can’t find it, then it may be out of print. Please email webinfo@phaidon.com for further assistance.
