Can I buy items other than books from the website?
Apart from books, you can also buy stationery and videos. Please ntoe that videos are not available to North or South America.
Where do I go to buy Collector’s Editions?
All of the Collector's Editions are now available to buy online. Please note that Collector's Editions are excluded from special offers and discounts.
Do I need to register to buy from the website?
You can place an order without registering however if you would like to create a wishlist you will need to register.
How do I know whether an item is in stock?
If a book is out of stock it will say so on the book detail page. You can then choose to be informed by email when it comes back in to stock.
Can I have items delivered to more than one address?
In any one transaction you can use only one delivery address. However, you can have separate orders dispatched to different addresses.
How do I know that you’ve received my order?
We will send you an email receipt acknowledging your order and the exact details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please contact customer services to check we have received your order.
What is a ‘Wishlist’?
A ‘Wishlist’ is a list, compiled by you, of products on the website that you’d like to own. As soon as you register with Phaidon.com, you will be able to set up a Wish List. After you have found an item on the site you would like to add to your Wish List, simply click the ‘Add to wishlist’ button. When you log off, your wishlist is automatically saved for future visits to the site.
