How much will delivery cost?
The cost of delivery will depend on the delivery method you choose, including standard or express service and your delivery destination.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
We aim to despatch items within 72 hours of receiving your order, but please allow up to seven days for them to arrive. We will contact you if it is likely to take any longer than this.
We work closely with the delivery companies to ensure the best possible service for you, however some delays may occur which are beyond our control.
Can I track the progress of my order?
Most orders placed through Phaidon.com can be tracked via the delivery company. Only delivery methods marked "not trackable" cannot be tracked.
If you choose a trackable delivery method, your order will be assigned a tracking reference, which will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped.
You can track the progress of your order using your tracking reference with the delivery company named under 'Shipping method' on your receipt.

Can I have my order sent to a PO Box?
We are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO Boxes as they cause problems for our delivery companies. In addition, most orders placed through Phaidon.com can be tracked via the delivery company, but orders to PO boxes cannot be tracked. Please supply a street address for successful delivery of your order.

What time will the delivery be made?
Delivery of all orders will be from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm.
Does someone need to be at the delivery address to receive the order?
If your delivery is trackable, someone has to be present to receive the package and sign for it, otherwise the order cannot be delivered. If the ordered items are a surprise gift, please ensure that someone will be in to sign for the delivery.
