Head to Regent’s Park in London tomorrow for the start of a long al fresco weekend at Taste of London (16-19 June).  René Redzepi, head chef and owner of Noma - voted the best restaurant in the world - will be opening the festival and taking part in a public Q&A session; foodie fans should take the opportunity to quiz Redzepi before his masterclass at 3:30pm.

With 40 of the city’s best restaurants presenting dishes to sample, and with produce from over 200 food and drink vendors available to purchase, there will be plenty to indulge in between the programme of cooking demonstrations, chef talks and live music.

Redzepi will also be participating in the San Pellegrino wine masterclass pairing food and wine and signing copies of his award-winning book Noma

Other chefs treading the boards of the ‘Taste Theatre’ include Clare Smyth and Jason Atherton - of London's Pollen Street Social (selected by Gordon Ramsay as one of the best emerging chefs in Coco - the guide to the most exciting chefs around the world).
