Theurel & Thomas bring the macaroon to Mexico
A first for France's most famous confectionary, courtesy of 'la Maison du Macaron'
Tasting teaser: a selection of what's on offer at Mexico's first patisserie dedicated to macaroons
Located in San Pedro, Mexico's most affluent suburb, Theurel & Thomas' patisserie is the first such venture in Mexico and is already winning accolades for its traditional macaroons in raspberry, pistachio, chocolate and coconut.
You won't be dazzled just by the delicious treats on offer though; the whole of the interior is a brilliant white - the work of creative agency Anagrama which is also behind the product packaging and even the uniforms - all the better to show off the rainbow colours of France's most famous exports.
