A workshop with Hervé Tullet in Paris
Hervé Tullet's new board-book series 'Let's Play Games!' proves popular with Parisian school children
This year's London Book Fair begins next week at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre (11 - 13 April). Not just for bookworms, the fair has a plenty of public interviews, exhibitions, seminars and events on offer for budding writers, authors, booksellers, illustrators, literary agents and publishers. No matter what your interests, there is sure to be something you can bury your head in.
On the main show floor there will be live cookery demonstrations in the Cookbook Corner, informative talks for aspiring authors in the Author Lounge, a chance to rub shoulders with celebrated authors in the English PEN Literary Cafe, and a look into the technology of the future in the Digital Zone.
This newly emerging and evolving digital side of literature is an important theme of this year's Fair, so much so that you can even download a London Book Fair app to keep you in the loop.
