Todd Lown, 46th St. Mural, Seattle

Todd Lown, a Seattle-based artist, won a community commission for his design for a mural to become street art. Lown, together with a group of at-risk young people, then painted the mural on 46th Street, Seattle with the support of ArtWorks. It seems a win-win collaboration giving artists exposure and young people new opportunities, while encouraging inner city regeneration through art.
