Phaidon.com was given exclusive and unrestricted access to film René Redzepi and the kitchens at Noma - the Nordic sensation voted the number one restaurant in the world at the awards for the San Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants.
We followed Redzepi foraging for ingredients in local woods and beaches, visiting suppliers, cooking and explaining his processes and personal progress over the course of his career. We shadowed Redzepi and his team of hard working and dedicated chefs at every stage of the cooking process: from preparing ingredients to plating up, and their skill, extraordinary attention to detail and professionalism is remarkable.
