No, Magnus is coming to London to host a one off wild Swedish breakfast at Mark Hix's Tramshed restaurant on Monday, October 8.
We've just been given the menu the Tramshed has put together, inpired by the Faviken book and under Nilsson's guidance. It features: Smoked salmon 'Hix cure' with pickled seashore vegetables, a plate of woodland mushrooms, venison Scotch egg with rowan jelly, shrimp custard with deep-fried Cardigan Bay shrimps and elderberry and cobnut drop scones with Westcombe ricotta.
