Bouroullec brothers create 30m wide 'Textile Field'
Design stars' huge installation for this years London Design Festival
In this short video, Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec (aka. the Bouroullec brothers) explain why their job as designers is not to provoke huge change in society, but to find new and clever ways to re-invent everyday objects.
The duo, who have previously designed items for Vitra and Habitat along with the interior of the Issey Miyake store in Paris, have also created a large bed-like 'textile field' for London Design Festival (until September 25, 2011), read about it here.
