About the author
Guido Costa is a worldwide curator and writer on art and photography, and former collaborator with Nan Goldin on the book, Ten Years After (1996)
Elisabeth Sussman was a curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York, the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston and the Biennale of Sydney
Joannne Lukitsch is Professor of art history at the Massachusetts College of Art, Boston, USA and recipient of an award for her research on Cameron by the National Endowment for the Humanites
Mark Durden is an artist, writer, curator and Senior Lecturer in History and Theory of Photography at the University of Derby
